Standard fees:

$200 - $300 per 50 minute session of initial consultation, individual, family or couples therapy.

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards.

Insurance options:

I am out of network with insurance companies.  Coverage varies greatly, but my services may be covered in part or in full by your insurance provider. Please contact your HMO or health insurance plan to learn more about what your plan covers for out of network providers. Below are some questions that are helpful to ask:

• Do my insurance benefits include out of network coverage?
• Are telemedicine mental health services covered?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is there a limit to the number of sessions per year my plan covers?
• What is my deductible?
• Do I need to get approval from my primary care physician?
• Is authorization required?

Cancellations:

Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t make your appointment. If you miss your appointment and fail to notify me, you will be billed for the full cost of the session.
